If you can''t be bothered than Classic Workbench.
I downloaded Classic Workbench a few months ago. As I recall it was over 200 megabytes so I tossed it; Now that's bloat!
IMHO you can achieve a much cleaner and faster system by just doing it yourself and picking & choosing which updates you want but that's pretty time consuming, just ask me when I was 19 years old and would stay up till 4am every night tweaking every setting down to the individual pixels in my icons so everything would be "just right"!
