Hi i have heard that Commodore and Amiga was 2 different companys, that was made into 1. is that true?

This is documented elsewhere in far more details but basically yes. Commodore was around from a long time ago, and bought the Amiga technology, incorporating the original Amiga team (briefly) into Commodore.
