Yes, it is possible to integrate Wifi into pretty much any chipset design. Though it could as well be implemented using an external chip or expansion card.
At present there are no AmigaOS drivers for any wireless chipsets. Anyone out there feel urged to start writing one?
(edit): You could always use wireless network on your Amiga by using an ethernet to wireless bridge.
