Source of 68060 chips?

If your 060 is an old one, made out of mask 01F43G (you can find the mask-numer in the upper right corner), then it should be a full 68060 with MMU and FPU even if it is printed EC on the processor. This is because in the beginning Motorola had only one mask for the 68060 and made all their chips out of it, just badged them differently.
