The normal HDToolBox works just fine with the WarpEngine SCSI controller. You just have to set HDToolBox's icon  tooltype "SCSI_DEVICE_NAME=warpdrive.device" and make sure it is uncommented - remove any braces around it. I am not 100% sure that is the exact name of the tooltype, but it is there already so you cant miss it.

Then after starting HDToolBox, select the drive and "Change drive type" if it is a blank drive. If it already is preped/initialized, or when you have done that, just partition away.

Here you can find the disk with the Sana2-device for the Hydra card. You also need to install a TCP/IP stack like AmiTCP or Miami.
