@Noster:

Make sure the state of the drive is "Not changed" in HDToolBox, or else it might have in its RDB that there are drives after it on the chain, so it will be waiting, trying to find those.

Also make sure that in the SCSI part of the CSPPC bootmenu, no id:s for which there are no real devices on the chain, arent forced to be mounted or something (I dont exactly remember how it looks).

If you dont have any SCSI devices connected to the A3000T's builtin SCSI controller, you could always try enabling the SCSIPatch in the CSPPC bootmenu (under System perhaps). It will disable all queries for devices on that interface. This patch does not take effect at the cold boot when you power on the Amiga, but for all normal warm boots it is in effect.
