Well, my card had these colour marks on most CPLD chips.
Check it out. Do I have to mention that the card worked fine? :-D They most likely used colour markings during production as the chips with them on are the same sort of CPLDs and if they werent marked/labeled, there would be no way to distinguish them when assembling the cards.
Btw, do you have Super Buster rev 7 or 9 why you are searching for the "slow buster" jumper?
