Can anyone ID this 68060 adapter?

One idea would be to grab a WarpEngine which has better memperformance at 40MHz than the CyberStorm MK3 has at 50MHz, mount this adaptor and a 060 of relatively recent mask on it and run it at 80MHz. I take for granted that this adaptor runs the 060 in the mode where it run the bus at half internal clockspeed.

I have an A4000 and a 060 to test it with, if sending it to Sweden wouldn't be a problem.
