This was an aftermarket keyboard for the A1000.  A couple of guys in Portland, OR had these on the A1000s.

I seem to recall issues with the A1000 keyboard and this is why they were available.

There were several different keyboards released for the Amiga, using standard PC keyboards - so there were no Amiga keys with these.  But who knows, this could be a fake.
