Mine does the same thing! I got around it by using a DVI to VGA adapter and connected the monitor with a VGA cable.
I noticed that there is a download on the Individual Computers site for the Indivision AGA Mk2 (
http://www.jschoenfeld.com/products/AGAmk2_e.htm) but I haven't tried it, does anyone know if it is the version that ships with the board or an update that I really should have tried by now.
