I've never measured it, but one thing's for sure (at least with my Amiga's) - A600's run HOT. They give off an awful lot of heat when compared to an A1200.
I measured it.... I don't remember :lol:
But, the 12volt rail sits at around 100ma, increasing to 300ma or so from memory, when the floppy drive is accessed.
And with my CD rom drive, I need about 3amps on the 5 volt rail as the drive spins up, but under normal use, I can only assume it was less than 2amps, but as I said, I forget
So, for a base system, assume about 15watts
