The B1240/1260 uses the same print but with at least one important difference, the voltage regulator. The 060 will fry if you try to supply it with 5V as the 040 is running on, it needs its 3.3V.
Also the 060 CPU you're linking to is an EC model. I belive 060/60 is tops for a FULL version so get that, should be fairly safe to overclock it to 66Mhz.
