I wouldn't use a double sided simm held down with a rubberband in my B1260. Until i got my singlesided 64Mb simm I only used a 16Mb one in my B1260. Rubberbands have a tendancy to break with time, especialy if subjected to heat. If the simm does come lose there's a real chance you might break your CPU card!
