CyberVision64 Jumpers/Manual

I got a CyberVision64 card that I want to use in a A3000, Buster7, DMAC2, Kick1.4 but to do that I see I need to change some jumpers on the card but no jumpers on the card are marked so I have no way of knowihng what is what. If anyone have a scan of the manual for the CyberVision64 (not the 3D) or any other information that can help then I'd be very happy if you shared it with me.

Sadly the card refuced to work at all with SuperBuster7 but luckily (?) there was an A4000 with sockled Buster11 in the garage so *butcher*butcher* and now the CV64+A3000 combo works. :)
