I use Atomic.rexx on Aminet (
http://us.aminet.net/comm/misc/atomic2_0_7.readme), launched from my Miami Online Event script (I assume Genesis has similar?). It's nicely transparent, and supports DST. Lots of timeservers are included, though I don't know exactly how to account for timezones.
