Surely there's a way to get files onto an Ambian install other than virtual floppy disks? If not, the only other thing I can suggest is copying the files from Aminet onto "blank" ADFs through WinUAE/FS-UAE and then loading those ADFs into Ambian. It's old fashioned sneakernet for the emulation age!
