Odd that it's not on Aminet since so many other PageStream patches are. Check indexes of the Aminet CDs in case it made it onto one of those (a handful of files have disappeared from the Aminet server over the years). The site linked above is actually a directory on an Amiga Format coverdisc, so check indexes of those as well (and CU Amiga) in case the file made it onto another volume.
Also try the PageStream mailing list in case someone on there might have it.
