Zeos was a PC manufacturer back in the day. My family had one of their 386 laptops. That looks like an internal to external SCSI converter.

Hey, a SCSI converter is a SCSI converter - a perfectly reasonable thing to have for an Amiga

Come to think of it, the bracket it's mounted to looks like it might fit a 4000's rear Expansion port. Part of a 4000 SCSI setup, maybe?
