It's pretty simple - just put your directory structure together and then make an ISO image with the cdtv.tm file embedded. The .tm file and a utility to build an ISO with it are part of the CD32 devkit on the Amiga Developer CD. MakeCD can also embed the .tm file.

Hmm, new stock seems to have dried up. Here's one on eBay. The necessary files can be found on any version of the CD (1.1 and 2.1 are the most common; 1.2 also exists).

Versions of dubious legality can also be found via Google...

Great, glad you got it working! I had a feeling it might have been something like that. I think there's a similar tool for the CD32 called "FreeAnim"

Interesting that rmtm wasn't part of the dev package. I'll have a look at v2.1 of the CD sometime to see if it's there.
