My understanding of this issue was that you needed an RGB terminator for the Toaster itself (e.g., if you don't have something hooked up to the program or preview outputs). Can't remember the exact specs, but it's a cheap BNC part. One of the old Toaster FAQs should have the information (I always liked
this site but it seems to be down at the moment; might have to access it through the Wayback machine at archive.org).
