No, because the ROMs on the Cloanto package have a bit altered to prevent copying.
If you have a hex editor, someone here might know what the bit is suppose to be on a normal ROM and you could change it.
Otherwise google for a copy (pirated? if you already own a copy?).
There are several sites that you can download old disks and ROMs from.
I'm pretty sure the kickstart disks can be formatted like a regular Amiga disk.
Once (Win)UAE is running, you can grab the kickstart image within the emulation using the traditional tools. Then use
WriteKickDisk to make a new physical disk for your A1000. You'll have to do the latter part from your A500, of course.
