Hopefully you can find someone local to do the work, but in the event that you can't, you can use a board called the Catweasel (current model is the MK4+) in your PC to create ADF image files of the disks.
You can then use WinUAE to read the images and copy the files therein to somewhere on your hard drive. There's a relatively new utility that might be able to do that directly (ie, without UAE), but I don't recall its name.
