The Amiga Hardware Database
has manufacturer and product IDs on file for almost everything.
Does everything work without that RAM card installed? You might be going over your 8MB Zorro II limit if you have other Zorro II cards.

Do you have the COLSP board I linked to?
Tell me what exactly is in your system. I see an XSurf, that COSLP thing, and an Alfa Data drive controller board. Is that correct?
