Their website looks
incredibly sketchy, but at least they actually have product briefs and pictures of their announced hardware, unlike another certain trademark-mining company we know...
Too bad, though. If I hadn't just gotten an EEE (and if they offered anything different/better than any other subnotebook on the market), I'd consider a Commodore-branded laptop for the oddness factor.
