I'm guessing you have the Microway flickerFixer card. There's a PDF manual for it on the same site with the driver link. It contains pinouts for the card's 9pin connector and various monitors that were popular at the time the card was made. You'll have to do a little research to see which ones are the same as the modern 15pin VGA connector.

EDIT: Oh, wait. Since you're already using it with a flat screen monitor, just plug whatever goes to the monitor into the Picasso II.

I'll check my PII manual to confirm the connectors, but I *think* the top connector goes to the monitor and the bottom connector is for input (IE, from a scandoubler).

EDIT: Confirmed.

All flickerfixers are scandoublers but not all scandoublers are flickerfixers.
