I ordered a bunch of
these. The no-charge diode is already installed, so it's a direct drop-in replacement for the original battery - soldering required, of course. Working great in my 2000, but they're actually very tall so I'd probably need to trim the legs to get it into a 3000 or 4000 and still be able to fit a Zorro card into the bottom slot.
