In the near(ish) future (possibly):
-OS4 will probably be available for Amiga1200s, 3000s, and 4000s with a PowerPC accelerator

Amiga Inc announced two other boards.

SAM440 might also run OS4

The Efika will run the next version of MorphOS (not available yet), which is just like AmigaOS (and mostly compatible too).
-I don't think
AROS is anywhere near as functional as the other Amiga clones, but a lot of people here like it. You might too.
