Er, sorry, but I think that's nonsense. I have never had trouble running PAL software on my NTSC machines under any circumstances. There must be something else wrong if you're having that kind of trouble.

Ah, okay. I misunderstood your question. But why not just run in PAL? It'll probably be easier to track down a PAL compatible display than NTSC versions of all that software.
