Works here. Check your cookie settings.
Under IB2.3, I managed to corrupt the cookie file somehow on more than one occasion, and Amiga.org was one of the sites that showed symptoms. If you migrated from 2.3 to 2.4 maybe you inheirited a similar problem. If changes in prefs don't work, delete/rename the file and see what happens.
I've also found that Amiga.org will log me out on one machine if I log in from another.
EDIT: Oh, I see you're using the new 'remember password' feature of IB. Er, I don't have any experience with that, but check your prefs.
