A600s are a bit expensive these days, especially NTSC units. I got a PAL model for a fair-ish price a couple of years ago. You may want to consider that route as well.
As to accelerators... good luck. Those things are rare treasures.
Jens Schoenfeld may be producing new ones at some point, but for the moment, they're on hold.
