It was removed from later versions of the OS, possibly because it was pretty bad. Not DiskDoctor bad, but of a quality not on par with the rest of the system.
Direct copy via Workbemch/Shell/DOpus to your backup medium is probably better. I'm sure Aminet has more dedicated backup tools.
