BabelCDFS will get your CD drives working under 1.3. Hard drive compatibility depends on what revision ROMs the 2091 car has. I think rev. 7 is what you want.

There should be a sticker or printing on the ROMs that says what version they are.

And ah, the old issue of getting files to an Amiga. OS2.1 and above has CrossDOS built in. Just mount PC0: and you can use 720K formatted PC disks in the floppy drive. For 1.3, I think fat95 will work, but you still need to get it to the Amiga in the first place...
