No need to worry about 15KHz capability since the PIV automatically scandoubles Amiga native modes. The thing to worry about would be 50Hz refresh capability (PAL) - it doesn't appear to be a guaranteed standard anymore.
So you basically just need to switch between the PIV and the CV.
