Welcome back.
Boot from the Install disk and run HDToolBox to set up the hard drive. There may even be a script that does it all automatically.
Assuming everything's working properly, you should end up with some ghosted partitions on the Workbench. Select them and get Format Disk from the Icons menu.
Once that's done, run the install program.
