@Amiduffer

I use Brilliance 2.0 ........   Quite Good!

AnimatED (With Sound)
CartoonSTUDIO  (with sound)
Deluxe Paint 5
Brilliance 2.0
MainActor and Main Actor Braodcast
Personal Paint (From Cloanto)
ImageFX 4.5 and up
CineMorph  (Come with ImageFX)
MorphPLUS  (Morphing with AdPro)
DCTV paint
CLOUDS (Free)
Pixel 3D
Cinema 4d
Perfect Paint (requires gfx card?)
ADORAGE 2.0  (to create Special FX and trasitions in SSA format
ClariSSA   TO create Super Smooth Animations  SSA files
Fantavision (pretty old)
Disney Animation Studio  (Also old)
Hannah Barbera Cartoon Workshop

Programs to present the animations:
View
Viewtek
ELan Performer
ImageVision
Deluxe Video
SCALA MM300 (to display animations and piece them together)

and there is quite a few more...............if I had to choose only 2 it would be Brilliance 2.0 version  and SCALA MM300 or higher.

Brilliance dethroned Deluxe Paint a few years agio a the best 2D paint package.
CD32 is actually the best Amiga ever made by Commodore!...

@beller

indeed.............Brilliance has the best interface for a paint program.have not yet encountered one so good............and the manual is well written.......certainly helped me alot.

I wish all Paint interfaces wee like this.............ImageFX had something like this, but awful icons, the borders looked ugly and most of all prety slow.  The interface for Brilliance remains proportional no matter what resolution..........it always looks the same....I hate when things get squashed and ugly.

I was extremely happy when I first loaded it....even though I had no clue how to use it for animations yet. I just loved how it looked.and still love it....................sometimes I load it just to have it on the screen genlocked over a TV signal so I can paint on TV or as a sort of screen saver.............love it love it love it.
