 Not really sure whats going on with Your SuperStreet Fighter, but mine works fine with accelerator.

 I also have Super StreetFighter 2 TURBO..................it is the best looking Arcade conversion.....even looks better than the SNES version.................unfortunatelly, it sucks!!!!!  bad sounds, incomplete animations.etc................this game is from GAMETEK.....................the one you have is from US GLOD............it plays really well, but the GFX suck bigtime

US GOLD are known for churning out Pathetic looking conversions. They released Street Fighter 2 and Super Street Fighter 2 for the Amiga............the first one sucked, the second one played great but the GFX were worse.

CD32 is actually the best Amiga ever made by Commodore!...

If you like this type of game.get Fightin Spirit..its AGA only but very impressive............probably the Best Game on the Amiga of this type.

 Also SUPER StreetFighter 2 TURBO is worth a look because it looks so great!  not that great to play..........get the CD32 version as it supports the CD32 6 button pad, but nevertheless, you don't need a CD32 to play it. It works on a 1200 or 4000

@HopperJ

Have you played Super Nintendo or Sega Genesis?

If yes, the you should be able to realise what tremendous crap Street Fighter2 the world warrior was on the Amiga 600. There is no excuse for the crappines. Its simply because US Gold are idiots..........How do I know?  Simply look at Fightin Spirit. The game actually runs to a certain point on NON AGA machines. So you get to see whats possible at least on the menu system where you select the characters, and it only requires 2Mb!  The Amiga ECS version of Street Fighter 2 was so badly downgraded, the characters were even shrunk, and instead of taking the souns from the arcade and converting them....the idiots actually connected an 8 bit sound sampler to a Super Nintendo and captured it like that.........further downgrading the sound...........despite the fact that when RYU does his Signiature "SHO-RYU-KEN" it is halfway cut off on the Amiga, and sounds something like "SHO-RY......"

 Pathetic effort by US Gold as usual...they went on to create SUPER Street Fighter2 AGA only, which had excellent game play, even supporting the CD32 6 buttons.........but the gfx were even worse than the first (it simply proves thwey DO NOT know how to program or code or are lazy)
 Then GAMETEK come along and created the Best looking 2D Fighting game for the Amiga, but the frames are incomplete and so is the sound. It even looks better than the SNES version..........my SNES owning friends knew it and hated to admit it.............2MB is definitely enough....at least on the CD32 as Fightin Spirit proves this BigTime! and with Justice!
 When it comes to fighting games of the Anime style, Fightin Spirit is the best.....even in Playablility.

Also look at what TerraMarque and RENEGADE were able to do with only requiring 1MB........ELFMANIA!   excellent gfx and great smooth playability. Scrolling backrounds and floor and all frames are there.  AMAZING!
