Okay..take the lids off both PS and plug them in. Then, stick your fingers in there and touch something. If you get less of a shock from the German one, it's probably a 50W. If you get an equal shock, they're probably both 60Ws. If you get a BIG jolt...it's probably an A4000 power supply.

Seriously though, are there any sort of markings that you can see on the German PS, Cyberus? Maybe you can do a cross-reference on the net or something.
