Theoretically, you should be able to buy it just about anywhere. H&P still sell it, even though they know they don't have all the licenses for the IP.
I got my copy before all of that and while I love it more than anything, if I had heard what they did to Bernie before I did, I doubt I would have bought it in the first place.
