Hence why I want to start a civil, class-action suit against them, in Texas. The Judicial System doesn't tolerate {bleep} like that here. Since it's a civil suit, they can't hide from it and they *WILL* ask why the former CEO of a company that has, indeed committed fraud, sold off the companies assets, to avoid paying off former employees, to avoid legal decisions, etc., is now the CEO of a "new and improved" company of the same name, "product", etc.

[EDIT] - Actually, Matt, if you want to get technical, the "NEW" Amiga Inc isn't the one that signed the contract with Escena, Hyperion, B-Plan, etc. Their lawsuit, is, in effect, null and void. Even if they renewed the contract, which, at the point in time, Escena was defunct, as a company, they *KNOWINGLY* were ripping off the public, since they had no product.
