Nope. It's the best thing to do, when you quit smoking. Worked for me. I just started doing Tai Chi and Wing Chun exercises in the morning and weight training at night. Helped curb the craving big time.

Also introduced me to a lot of strippers that lived in my apartment at the time.  :lol:

I can think of other things I would have liked to ask them for. At the time, i was working 50+ hours a week, so when I got home, all I wanted to do was sleep.  :lol:

Well, it's hard to quit. I relapse all the time and quit all over again. It's a never ending battle.

*laughs* I have to crash a corporate party tonight, in the hopes I can get a job at a bank. I guess I started smoking again, so I would fit in. :lol:

Yup, that sounds about right. I smoke about a pack a day. If I smoke American Spirits, I can cut that down to half, since they burn so long.

My entire family smokes. I didn't start smoking, until *AFTER* I got out of the military and was in college. Of course, I did a lot of things that I shouldn't have done, during those times, which is why I probably never finished Uni.  :-(
