I'd buy a MOS-friendly AHI-enhaced version.

The only major roadblock is lack of AHI support.  Without AHI there is no audio.  I wouldn't mind a native MOS version, but I will buy an Amiga version if I can get sound (and everything else works of course. :-D )

If I understand the situation fully... There has been talk of implementing a dummy audio.device that reroutes calls to AHI, however it is not a priority as most software only use the audio.device to initialize the audio channels and then bangs the hardware directly to generate the actual audio.

Unfortuantly, that means all non-AHI software sit silent.  A bit like on a Draco I guess.  Perhaps this software would be supported on MOS running on Classic amiga's, I don't know.

It's a bit annoying actually, but then again I've got quite a lot of AHI-supporting software to play with including Alien Breed 3D II TKG (with patch).  :-D
