Pan right and that is the buildings front door/lobby.
 The "EPA superfund site" is a small structure behind the cement barricades in the link I made below.  
 It is(was?) a pump house that injected and then extracted solutions to rinse the ground & water directly below the leaky structures that were located behind the front building.   A decade+ ago Dr. Ed Hepler showed me this when I visited him from Amiga Inc/SD.  So I'd say bricks from the front building are likely very clean - concrete from the back parking lot not so much...
