I bought one of those, it turned up DOA.

Why Nintendo does not release a phone I don't know, then at least it wouldn't come broken out of the box. I wonder what Nokia will do in regards to gaming after Win8 ships. The quality of their hardware is great, perhaps they will try to make a new "N-Gage" or whatever. This is assuming MS allows emulators on Win8 Metro.

Did you replace it - the fact it was broken means you were unlucky and we've all bought hardware that didn't work even Nintendo machines! Still works well with UAE.

I replaced it with an Xperia x10, but the buttons failed after a month. I went to Samsung after that as I was nervous about a third headache. IMHO Sony used to build good kit, but now I think they need some improvement. The x10 was great but not for long

Loved all my Samsung phones (still have my old one for you emergencies). Never had problems with Sony stuff though and nothing else has controls like play.
