Personally, (after seeing them used on Chris Edwards Restoration YT channel), I purchase two Dell U2410 off eBay, both sold with shipping for les than $100 USD.
They have VGA, 2 X DVI, HDMI and component & composite ports and can act as a USB hub.
Syncing to 15.7 kHz, my Amigas easily show NTSC & PAL HiRes screens with no need for anything other than an Amiga 23-pin to 15-pin VGA adapter
