I have never gotten it to work on either my PPC Classic nor the A1-X1000.  The version 4 gets a bit closer to working, but it still crashes commonly.  The non-PPC versions fair much better.

PageStream is a DTP (Desktop Publishing) program, not a word processor, and it actually is better to have your text written and corrected before importing into PgS.

The original manual that (was > 1 inch thick) had a great step-by-step tutorial on how to layout an article for printing multiple columns, graphics, and all the DTP goodies.

Yes, for the best word processing program for the Amiga, Final Writer gets my vote.  It lets you put graphics anywhere without a thousand mouse clicks and outputs to PostScript natively.  With a bit of knowledge about fonts, you can use your own set of symbols, fonts, and custom bullets.

Is there somewhere to donate to this cause & does this support OS4.1 FE. Thanks for the info.

I absolutely works in OS4.1 and output can be configured to go to a USB printer or a network one.

As far as a donation, I am willing to accept $100 USD cash...

I recommend waiting for an Updated Final Writer as well. Or if you like waiting till the end of time, the universe and everything then wait for a proper Pagestream update.

Just order a steak at "The Restaurant at the End of the Universe," and wait for that working PPC version of PageStream to be released.
