After treating your eczema with a mild steroid cream (Triamcinolone 0.025%), have you thought of sanding down the bottom blue plastic connector to make it fit better?

Sorry if I offended!

Let me be more precise (not about the John Candy quote from Stripes), but from the photo displayed above (the scab is irrelevant): looking at the photo, do you see the white lines the follow the finger prints down onto the dermal ridges of the index finger -- these denote dry, atopic skin; yes these can be simulated by the removal of the oils of the hand with harsh detergents or solvents, but at the edge of the thumb's nail bed, rather than a smooth flesh colored line, the eponychium is irregular, cracked and jagged with white flakes and cracks mediolateral onto the skin. Other than eczema (or one of the other immune irregularities) the only way to get this look is by torturing oneself with a harsh chemical and a brush (which would in addition, cause redness).  Ergo, if eczema did not cause this, then whatever did would still benefit from a mild steroid, plus a dry-skin lotion that omits mineral oil, such as Eucerin or Moisturel.

If you don't want help, don't show a picture of either your computer problem or skin. The diagnosis and suggested treatment is free, but after 4 years of private medical school education and being board certified in my specialty, and board certified in my subspecialty, I can assure you this is not a post making fun of your appearance -- unless you post a full length picture.

Neonatal Intensive Care is a subspecialty of Pediatrics requiring 3 years of training beyond the 3 years of Pediatrics, after the 4 years of medical school.

Do you find yourself paranoid and with a pervasive, long-standing suspiciousness and generalized mistrust of others?  Are you hypersensitive, easily feel slighted, and habitually relate to  the world by vigilant scanning of the environment for clues or  suggestions that may validate your fears or biases?  Do you think you are in danger and look  for signs and threats of that danger?

Stick to neonatology.

Perhaps along with my real name, I should list my home address so that those inclined to stalking can send a "hit man" to rub me out.

P.S., a private message warned me of impending doom.
