New?  Unlikely except for those Petro's that had been holding in a warehouse in India and are all sold and, thus used.  Those were AT models, not Commodore.

I have but those who have for sale in uk refuse to sell me due to ebay dont have my country in their global shipping.

Unless those eBay ones are the Petro's (which by default make them used), you are stuck with searching for a "pre-owned" A1200 of top quality "in the box."

If you can't settle for that, have you considered buying something else that is "new?"
