My USB audio dongle (Turtle Beach, Amigo) also works fine with Deneb and CSPPC in OS3.9 and 4.1; it uses some CPU cycles, but not terribly noticeable.  One needs a secondary file (usbaudio.a.main) to have it work in OS4.1, though.

You do know that the "mp" in mp3 stands for "Missing Pieces" ? Seriously guys.... And don't even ask me what the 3 means, but probably multiplied by 3....not good.

MP3 is an audio-specific format that was designed by the Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) and references MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 Audio Layer III.

Is there really that much of a difference from 2.5 MB/s with the A1200 IDE and the 35 MB/s on the UWSCSI of the CSPPC?

Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus (and that was a facetious remark)
