The TV module is an add on, but there is a color composite output on the left side, as I recall.  To get 31 kHz output, I would recommend an Indivision ECS, or you could connect a SCART cable if you have that type TV.  In the states you can get HDMI output via an RGB-SCART cable to a SCART-to-HDMI converter http://www.rakuten.com/prod/scart-hdmi-to-hdmi-720p-1080p-hd-video-adapter-converter/246886968.html?listingId=264245232&scid=pla_google_TOMTOP&adid=29963) for example.  The SCART cables are available on eBay or from Amigakit.

I'm not sure what you mean by "good condition" for a 29 year-old computer with a plastic case that was superseded by a heavy metal work horse A2000 about 2 years later (1985 - 1987).  Certainly you can refurbish one to near new given time and effort, but having had two back then, they were pretty limited.

Look for seller "rbredow" selling a working 2 MB a1000 starting at $50 on eBay.

What about a fully working A4000D, A4000T, towerized A4kD, or fully expanded A2500HD refurbished to "pretty near" new?

The last A1000 sold for $230 or so; a tad low, but reasonable -- I would have guessed 250 to 300 USD.
