I am sorry to hear of their loss, they will be missed by their family, friends and the industry.

Accidents happen and assigning blame does not cancel out the sad news of lives lost and the impact that it has on their loved ones; just because their work has no direct link to one's own work or hobbies is not a reason to minimize to their deaths.
